I have an emergency maintenance issue what do I do?

If you encounter an urgent maintenance problem, please reach out to our 24/7 emergency service at (234) 258-1155. For non-emergency issues, kindly submit a work order via your tenant portal or contact Cheryl, our Director of Maintenance, at (330) 413-0383 during our regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm.

Is the security deposit refundable?

You will receive the guidelines for acquiring your security deposit back at the time of your lease signing, there is a $110 cleaning fee subtracted from the final refund amount.

My lease expiration is coming soon, and I want to move out.

Before moving out, it's necessary to submit a written 30-day notice. We kindly request you to send an email or text including your name, address, and intended move-out date. Additionally, please provide a forwarding address for the return of your security deposit (if applicable). Please note that verbal notices cannot be accepted. Further information on criteria for receiving a full deposit refund will be furnished upon receipt of the written 30-day notice.

Thirty days before your lease expires, a notice will be placed on your door. We kindly request that you reach out to our leasing team at (330) 400-2886. This allows us to provide you with optimal service.
