Cheryl Smith brings over two and a half years of dedicated experience in property

management as COO and Director of Maintenance. Known for her strong work ethic and

warm, mother-like presence, Cheryl is a cornerstone of the company, always caring for

the team and lifting spirits with her humor. But don’t get it twisted—Cheryl knows her

way around a bow and arrow! She’s the proud wife of a bodybuilder, mother to three, and

grandmother to seven. Cheryl’s blend of dedication, kindness, and skill makes her an
